Midwest Tactical Shooting Symposium
The Bastion Black Performance - Midwest Tactical Shooting Symposium is 2.5 day training event in the Kansas City Metro. Friday training will consist of a practical shooting stage run by national champ Scott Brown and Lane Gries, a Response to Active Shooter presentation by Jesse Cinco, and a shooting lab run by Joel Park and Nick Young. Saturday & Sunday training blocks will consist of multiple, intensive pistol and rifle-centric periods of instruction focused on giving students an understanding of rock solid and high level fundamental mechanics, and aggressive movement and gun handling skills.

Standard Equipment Requirements:
Your Weapon/Holster/Sling/Associated Equipment
*Minimum of 4 Magazines
*Ear and Eye Protection
*Ammunition-Expect to shoot ~800rds per day depending on individual output
Compensators: If you use a large and disruptive compensator or muzzle break on a rifle, you may be asked to use another rifle or to excuse yourself. I will typically have a spare rifle at classes.
Prerequisites:
*A gun Zeroed and in Working Condition
*An Established Understanding of Weapons Handling
Miscellaneous:
*Food, Water, Clothing, and assorted items for a full day on the range
*Camera, Note Taking Gear as desired for class
